ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched same day

  • Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day

  • All sneakers are carefully authenticated and checked before dispatch

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email

  • Track your order directly through Royal Mail's website

  • SMS and email notifications available for UK orders

  • You can also track your order in 'My Account' on our website

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country

  • These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping price

  • Customs delays are beyond our control but we declare all items accurately to minimize issues

  • We mark all packages with accurate item values - we cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • All orders are fully insured during transit

  • If your parcel is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours

  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund for lost or damaged items

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails, Royal Mail will leave a 'something for you' card

  • You can rearrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office

  • Parcels are held for 18 days before being returned to us

  • Return shipping fees may apply for uncollected parcels

PACKAGING

  • All sneakers are shipped in their original boxes where possible

  • Boxes are wrapped in protective packaging and placed in postal boxes

  • We take extra care to ensure your sneakers arrive in perfect condition

  • Eco-friendly packaging materials used where possible
